UNIVERSAL CITY, Los Angeles County — Visitors and commuters using the Metro B Line’s Universal City/Studio City station have several parking and onward-connection options, including a free shuttle toward Universal Studios Hollywood.
On its current parking directory, Los Angeles Metro identifies the station parking facility at 3913 Lankershim Boulevard, Studio City, CA 91604. The north lot has approximately 550 paid spaces, with a published daily parking price of $3 (zone 201). The directory separately lists approximately 80 free spaces in a south lot at Ventura Boulevard. Availability and parking restrictions must be checked on site.
Walking and shuttle access
The park’s official directions page confirms a free shuttle connection and a pedestrian bridge near Lankershim Boulevard and Universal Hollywood Drive. The shuttle description is not a promise of a specific departure frequency or round-the-clock operation.
Is Metro parking the same as theme park parking?
No. Metro station parking has its own rules and prices. Using the station lot may require following restrictions intended for transit customers; it should not be treated as an unrestricted replacement for paying theme park parking without reading those rules.
Metro lists the B Line as running between Union Station and North Hollywood, providing rail access to this corridor.
